A Virtual Assistant based in Co. Wicklow, supporting business owners, marketing consultants and community-led projects who need organised, creative and consistent support to keep their digital presence ticking over.

My path here has been a winding one – through events, hospitality, communications and education – but what’s remained constant is my love of helping people stay organised, visible and on track. I’ve worked in roles ranging from Sales & Marketing Manager, Project Manager and Executive Assistant for the 2003 Special Olympics World Games and even founded and ran my own language school for children, which I successfully sold after nearly a decade.

What kinds of businesses do you typically work with?
I support a mix of sole traders, consultants, creatives and community organisations. Most of my clients are wearing many hats — and need someone behind the scenes to keep content flowing and admin under control.
I don’t have a strategy or content plan. Can you still help?
Yes — I often help clients shape the content they already have into a plan that works. I can support with ideas, structure and repurposing to make the most of what you’re already doing.
What’s your background?
I’ve worked in sales, marketing, events, education and admin — including managing conferences and incentives, running a children’s language school and supporting directors at a high level. I now apply all of that experience to help small business owners stay visible, organised and on top of their to-do lists.
How do we stay in touch?
I use email as a primary tool, with optional check-ins via WhatsApp or Zoom depending on the package. I also share a working task sheet so you can see what’s in progress.
Do you offer once-off support or only monthly retainers?
Both. You can book monthly support or hire me for a project-based task like newsletter setup, content creation or a campaign push.
Do you offer translation services?
Yes — I speak French and German and can support with light translation tasks such as social posts, website copy or business documents. Just let me know what you need.
